If you have never been to our office, we have a wall filled with over 25 images of friends, family and fur-babies. We call this wall, the Family wall. It represents those that hold a special place in our heart and makes our office feel more like home rather than a place of work. This not only aligns with our core values but describes our atmosphere of making everyone feel at home.
With that said, we wanted to share how important each image is to us. Here’s how our team members chose their personal photo and what it means to them…
‘My photo is of my son and niece holding hands at 4 years old. They are only 3 months apart in age and grew up like brother and sister.’ -Karen Steil
‘I chose the photo of my husband and kids because they are my heart, ?my smile, and my world.‘ Kelly Hamilton
‘My picture is of my grandfather......he was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He arrived in America xmas day, 1928 in NYC. He parked cars at a hot ...

Two years ago, Florida Lifestyle Realty agreed to support Housing for Homeless where for every home sold with us, we will donate a portion to the organization. This partnership really gives back to the community and we are so grateful to be able to do this.
What is Housing for Homeless? It is permanent supportive housing targeted to individuals and families with chronic illnesses, disabilities, mental health issues, or substance use disorders who have experienced long-term or repeated homelessness. The goals are to help people obtain housing quickly, increase self-sufficiency, and remain housed.
By having these services available, it helps eliminate housing instability and self-medication/drug and alcohol addictions. In addition, it reduces hospitalization, and criminal activity helping Brevard save thousands of tax dollars.
The Housing Programs have a maximum of one year stay, as that is considered a sufficient time for those to re-establish themselves into an ind0 ...

Golf is one of the most common sports in Florida. There is something about it that gets everyone hooked. I am not sure if it is a therapeutic experience or how fun it can be wherever you play. Are you one of the many who have considered playing?
Golf is a mental game more than a physical one. Tempo, Patience and Rhythm all have equal importance. One cannot simply replicate the feeling of a well struck golf shot. The sound, the feel, and the outcome of watching your ball cut through the air and land tight to the flag is how I became hooked.
I started playing golf sporadically with my dad when I was 13. It was more of a rare occasion at that age, rather than the weekly competition I treat it as nowadays. The real beauty about golf is that no course is the same. A football field is a field, a basketball court is a court, but golf is played on meticulously maintained courses that differ in difficulty, location, and layout. Depending upon where you play that day, challenges you to c; ...

Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, racquetball and tennis. Most often there are four
players although it can be played with two. It uses solid paddles made of a composite material to hit a perforated polymer ball that resembles a wiffle ball.
It is played on 1/2 the size of a tennis court. While rallying the ball over a 34’’ net, 11 points take the win, but must be 2 points more than the opponent.
I started playing in February 2020. It's an easy sport to learn, and anyone can play. We have players of all age's, shapes and sizes. We even have players that have had double hip replacements! But don't fool yourself, there is a big element of strategy so it's anyone's game. Best of all, just show up with a paddle in hand and you're ready to play! Pickleball players love to welcome new players and they are
happy to teach you the game. I take my paddle with me when I travel, it's easy to take along and I always find a c; ...

Florida Lifestyle Realty has been supporting Housing for Homeless since 2018 where we have agreed that for every home sold with us, we will donate a portion to the organization.
Housing for Homeless is permanent supportive housing targeted to individuals and families with chronic illnesses, disabilities, mental health issues, or substance use disorders who have experienced long-term or repeated homelessness. The goals are to help people obtain housing quickly, increase self-sufficiency, and remain housed.
They also aid homeless veterans by providing supportive housing and intense case management services for those that were referred to Housing for Homeless by Veterans Affairs (VA) and other agencies.
This past July, I met with Steve Kelly, the Housing for Homeless Veterans Program Director, in Titusville at their facility where he shared how much they do to support the veterans. It was great to learn about the different programs they offer based on their situation.m ...
