Cape View is a clean school. From the playground you get that ocean breeze and smell of the sweet salt air. What a healthy lifestyle this promotes for the children! But let me say, this had no persuasion on our choice of school. We came from a local, (catholic) private school, where the staff and principal were rude to Cape View where the atmosphere is just happier. Smiling, friendly staff, both in the front office and cafeteria. Great security, the school sheriff on duty, who makes it a point to recognize and acknowledge parents. Every morning and every afternoon the car loop staff greets the parents and children with "Good morning/afternoon, have a great day." The teachers are creative and provide individual attention to the student. I think every teacher in the school knows my son's name and it is only the second week. The librarian, Mrs. Rice is a sweet heart! The principal, Jill is amazing, so personable, friendly and constantly seeking improvements for the school. It is an A rated school. I am thrilled to have my son go here!

Cape View is the best kept secret on the beach !! Excellent School, Excellent Staff, Excellent Front Office Girls !!! It is a very small school so your kids get alot of one on one and they are treated as an individual not a whole class. Wouldnt take my kids anywhere else !!

I rate this school a half a star, beautiful campus very well kept. But dont be fooled if you send your child here they may become host to parasite infestation a.k.a Head Lice. But worse, the teachers, principal, and health department will ignore it. If you dont have the time and money to treat every other month then you dont want to deal with the head ache of this schools policy. If I would have known it would have changed my mind about moving to Brevard county.

Cape View is a fantastic small neighborhood school. It has loving caring teachers and the administration is fantastic. Being a small school they can customize education plans for the needs of each child. If you want your child to thrive in a caring environment Cape View is a great school.

They don't care if your child passes or not my son is struggling in this school as well. They do not take the time to teach him they write everything on the board and they just copy it .Wow how much teaching experience do you need to do that.

My Granddaughter has gone to this school since kindergarten. The school is excellent along with the individual attention the students get. A beautiful great school just a block from the Atlantic Ocean.

My child went from a A student to a D-F student. The fourth grade math in this school is so hard they say its 6th grade level math. All the parents have addressed this problem with the school and it has yet to be taken care of. I now have a fear that my child will be retained because of this problem.

Cape View is a terrific school. The administrators and educators go over and beyond for their kids. If there are concerns, usually you will find it is due to the lack of support at the child's home. The only problem is that the school lacks overall support from parents. If more parents would contribute more time, it would be perfect!

A good school, a strict principal and moved up from a 'B' school to an 'A' school over the last two years.

Cape View Elementary is a great school I do like the size of there classroom not alot of kids, some of there teachers need improvment, and there overall security is not that great they need to work on that a whole lot you have to be there to see the rest.

This is a great school - fantastic dedicated administration, faculty, and staff. Because it has a relatively small number of students, you may find lower class sizes and enjoy a community atmosphere where you know everyone and they know your child.
